What type of products do you sell?
Digital products only — templates, productivity systems, business toolkits, education material, design resources and digital tools. Nothing physical is shipped.
How do I receive my digital product?
After checkout you receive access to your files immediately, along with a confirmation email containing your download details.
What file formats are included?
Formats vary per product and are listed on each product page. Common formats include PDF, Figma, Notion, Google Sheets, XLSX and ZIP bundles.
Can I use the products commercially?
Licence terms are stated on each product page. Where commercial use is permitted, you may use the files in client and business work; reselling or redistributing the files themselves is not permitted.
Do you offer refunds?
Because products are delivered digitally, refunds are handled case by case as described in our Refund Policy. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
